Regarding reliving from company

Hi all, I am working in an organisation from last 6 months and resigned on feb 2 2018 asked them to relive early and if required i am will to pay buyout also. But they are saying to serve 2 months notice period. If in case absconded what will be the next step from them(organisation) What can i do from my step to avoid it. Will they send any mail to the new organisation guys if they have mail id's of those people.
