If one of the lawyers of the either party intentionally tries to mislead the Court and to drive away the witnesses with invalid / untenable Acts and Sections, with an objective of dragging the case and to dilute the offence committed by his client, what is the legal remedy available to the aggrieved party to book / implicate the lawyer? What are the relevant Acts / Sections?

Forget about implicating the Lawyer. He is doing what is in the best interests of his client, before the Court. If what he does is wrong the Court is there to see. You are nobody. Further, if your lawyer feels that what he is doing is wrong, then it is for your lawyer to object and bring it to the notice of the Court. If your lawyer is unable to do so, you cannot blame the other lawyer.
