I. Have given my top floor on rent to haryana student 2months ago they are not giving rent and not vacating house they call them friends and drinks they are staying their friends without our permission

First file a complaint when they are making such nuisance before police station, let them register the crime and give you FIR, and basing on that FIR, get them evicted.
