In my divorce case, My wife is not ready to receiving summon, Now judge has asked to
get notification printed in Newspaper.
Her Temporary address was Delhi and Permanent Address was Nasik ? Court Case is in Delhi and Heard from friend that she is working in Mumbai.
Do I have get it Newspaper Notification published at
1) Delhi 2) both locations-Delhi, Nasik OR 3) all India locations ??
Do not have Hindi news paper which publishes at both places, So will might have to get published in English Newspaper.
My lawyer is saying that he will get it published at both location. What is tentative cost of getting court notification printed in English news paper. Do anyone have some sample that is normally published
If anyone has some experience, Kindly through some light
