Property Distribution

Dear Sir/Madam One Muslim family consisting of Husband, Wife, 1 Son and 2 Daughter's. They have some Properties. The properties are the self acquired property of Wife. She died interstate leaving behind Husband, son & 2 daughter. Now they wanted to Partition the properties among them. At what Ratio they can Partition. Will each member will get equal right or no. If any Judgement/Order/Citation is there pls share.
