How to approach consumer forum

in hyderabad many bakeries and stalls in cinima halls selling the cool drinks more than MRP rates..when we questioned them we got reply that they are charging extra amount for cooling charges.. can they do so
?

can we file a consumer case against those hotels bakeries ? if yes how and whom to approach?

kindly provide me a remedy

yes you can definitely file complaint against them for adopting unfair trade practices. Pl approach the forum situated at 9th floor Chandravihar Complex, Opp Exhibition grounds, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Yes, you can file the case before the Ld. Forum. Firstly, you have to be a valid customer with a valid receipt. Then you send a legal notice and after that file the case within the jurisdiction .
