Cheated by ebay India

I have sold 2 used mobiles almost 3 months ago in ebay india. The buyer paid to ebay, but ebay holding my payment from last 2 moths. They are forcing me to provide GST. But I haven't registered for GST. I have already provided PAN and AADHAR copy to them for KYC verification. But they are again asking for GST. Aad not releasing my payment of ₹9400. What action should I take?

As per what I have heard, ebay has made it compulsory for its sellers to be enrolled in GST. So first you will need to apply for GST.

Dear,

Just ask them that you were sellling under indidual account and dont want to take GST on personal name. Hence i want to close this account. Hope these products were not dispatched after GST impletation.

Further i'll take GST number under a firm name and will open saperate account.
