Can i get the attested copy of affidavit filed by University lawyer in this case from Court record.

Consult your lawyer and obtain certified copy from court.

When you have already been given desired relief by the University, why do you want to drag the issue(s)?

Discuss with your lawyer and obtain "certified copy" of counter affidavit filed by University, if you require.
