Indemnity bond

Dear Sir,

I issued a indemnity bond to a client in  pressure by force.  It was not registered.  To

challenge in the court I have atleast 50% good reasons against that bond.   He violated many

times our agreement in paying advance payments for the supply of goods. How does the

court react?  If failed the judgement is like 138 punishment or any other?

let them file. if they send u a legal notice then reply to it raising breaches done by them and a counter demand.
Indemnity bond does not need registration with regards to a contract of sale and purchase of goods.
