There are a few empoyees that retire from same employer that they join in the beginning of their career.

The number of such employees is shrinking.

One reason is conduct at workplace.

You may not get any respite through labor court, if you are forced to resign you may appraoch high court and obtain stay order for staying their plan to terminate you or you can file a writ petition seeking to reinstate you if you have been forcibly terminated, without observing the formal procedures in this regard.
