central gov service matter

Central gov employee working in an autonomous institution completed one and half year, but under probation, resigns from post. till 11 months after resignation is not accepted. can he rejoin his duty. If possible to rejoin, how the period of absence of 11 month is dealed?

This is not having any legal technicality, it is complete establishment related problem, thou you may go through for DA rule where special provision, mentioned to deal with such arising problem. may be you charged with long absentee & called to give explaination befor an inquiry committee, set up headed by competent authority.
