Grabbing of soldier's house

Pl.give the complete facts of the case

Thanks Laxmi Sir, The complete case is that I have purchased plot but After some time Govt declare that land as Govt land.and I constructed a house on that plot. I have given all the stamps duty as a residential plot. But govt declared that land as Govt land giving reason that permission was not taken beforesell of land as that land belongs to SC person. But that is not for agriculture purpose that is only for residential purpose in Uttar Pradesh.And I m serving defense personnel also.what shouldi do now I'll do duty or look aftermy house as there is no other house.
