Our ancestral fertile lands, which are situated in a trible area of Himachal Pradesh have been damaged by GMR Baioli Holi Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd. (180 MW) as they are constructing a central government approved hydro power project in that area.
They started the construction of the hydro power project in 2014 and acquired some of our firtile land and started the construction of the power project. They started the tunnel boring process last year but when we visited our incestral home last month we found they have damaged most of our surronded lands. All of our lands are filled with heavy scattered pieces of stone & rubbish.
We also objected in 2014 and asked the company to acquire the entire surronding lands but they ignored our request hence, we reported it in written to Tehsildar and also published in local new paper about our demands and protest however our local MLA who is most corrupt human, started putting pressure on us indirectely by sending posting orders to our family members on everyday basis. so we had to step back in 2014.
We have all required documents of our land, which have been savarly damaged by the GMR construction company and we wish to file a court case against the construction company.
Please guide me what all do we need to do to start with.
