I bought a land in A' Mohlla in a district but at the time of registry advocate has been changed mohalla from A to B but Khata no is same as previous, I got land mutation. so do i need to change mohalla in registry.

Rectification deed may be required from both seller,buyer.

in the land record survy number is maintaioned by officers.name may be changed time to time but a survey number and sheet number khasra number can not changed easily.don't worrry .area name road name don't affect your propety.once your name is enrolled in propeerty card with plot number and that is same as govt.record it don't affect on your deed.in future other person will also add new name in the sale deeed in the same area .they will give evidence for that.
