Renewal of passport pending 498a

if "X"succeded in cheating that doe snot mean that "Y" will also.

One can fool few  persons for some times.

One can fool few persons for all times.

One can fool all persons for few times.

One can not fool all persons for all times.

The illegality can not be concerted into legality.

Regret we can not preach illegality.

Please could you advise,

What is someone is already iving overseas and his passport is about to expire?

Court cases 498a, etc are still pending in Hon'ble Indian courts. Therefore, no judgement has been ordered by the Hon'ble judge in both District court cases (Domestic Viovalce etc) and High Court (498a Quashing).

Cases were filed when i was overeses. Still I am fighting the cases in the courts to prove my innocence. I have been threatened by my ex and her family of dare consequences which i reported in overeseas Police station.

As hon'ble judge of any court in India never asked me to physically present to the hearing, while apply for passport renewal, would there be any complications.
