MY FATHER HAVE EXPIRED LAST YEAR. HE DID NOT HAD ANY WILL . HE HAD ancestors
AGRICULTURAL LAND ON HIS NAME. AFTER HIS DEMISE HOW the property is divided . please
answer .. we are 4 SISTER'S + 2 BROTHERS + MOTHER . BELONG TO SIKH RELIGION.
PLEASE TELL DETAILED PROCEDURE ..

OUT OF 7 HIERS , 4 SIS + 2BRO+ MOTHER , one sister is asking for her share.
my question is how can rest of the property( 6/7) be named to only one brother..
what is the detailed procedure,, like documents etc needed please tell.
