I live in mumbai i have properties in maharashtra and gurgaon ( haryana)in the making of a will should i mention the source of finance for these properties. do i need to register the will so that my family will not have problems after my demise

Yes you can mention the financial manGemsnt forbthese properties as your wish and register it to the registration office or your advocate or court record after probation of document if this property applicable for will

you just need to mention the properties and not other details, consult a seasoned lawyer to draft well drafted will.
