Yes i know i have to stard the new thread but as the problem is same and many have common solution so i put here after discussion was gone.... any thanks to remind me for my thread as i put the question in my own thread but start participating here actually my thread is already going on prior th this... but i think as the new solutions may come if i put thread here also

hi sid,

even though my case is running from 3yrs its not proceeded beyond initial argument. my wife has asked for interim maintenance but court is yet to decide on it after rehearing as the judge changed. meanwhile my wife has given false statement on affidavite in various courts & police station. My question was, can I look for application under crpc 340 now or after any order? most people are telling that its an initial stage and judges dont allow 340 applications. wife can simply deny or give any reasons or giving mismatching statements. After evidence stage or after cross only it will be more fruitful. Wife has not given any proofs and only giving false statements on affidavit.
