I have filed case in district court under section 9 but my wife is refusing to come to the court since last one year. In my case my in-laws tried to file false case against me but could not suceed as they could not justified the case. I have a baby girl also and i want her custody since my wife is not earning and living with her parents. Please suggest me the ligal way so that if she comes in next hearing I am not sure that if court bounds her to live with me she may go again in few days. In that case what are my rights to file the case of divorce etc
