Hi,
I joined a Call center as experienced resource and worked with them almost for 5 months. I did not find organization environment suitable for me so sll of a sudden i left the job without any intimation. Now i received a legel notice from that organization, asking for 1 lack rupee as compasation because i signed a bond. I did recieve a e-mail as well after leaving the company but instead of replying on it. I called my manager and told him that i would not be able to come office for next few days as there is some family problem going on.
Now i am confused what should I do ? An organization who hired me on 16,000 per month salary, asking for 1 lack. Please suggest what should I do....?
