Sir,
My house owner has a baby with 2 month old name Elliat Blessy in birth certificate who born in Chennai. He wants to change it to Elliat. How to approach for name change in birth certificate as soon as possible. In corporation of chennai portal it is mentioned as name change is not possible after register. Please guide for this resolved.

Sworn affidavit is enough while admitting the child at school.

Corporation is right, they can amend records. Only through court direction some thing can be done.
