Questions regarding will

Hi,

Request your help in the clarification of some of my doubts regarding writing a will in India.

1.Can We write a will without mentioning anyone as a Executor ?.

2.Is it possible to write a will ''without mentioning the assets'' using a generic clause like

'I bequeath the whole of my estate, property and effects, whether movable or immovable, wheresoever situated and of whatsoever nature, purchased in the past or in the future to my spouse'

I would like to maintain a asset register that is separate from the will.

3.In case, If I mention the assets in the Will, How to include a clause indicating that the assets bought at a later date will be addressed by this will.

4.How to include kids born in the future in the will ?.Is it possible to include a clause that refers to this situation ?.

5.I would like to register the will in Tamilnadu. If we register the first will and did not register the second will Is the Second will legally valid.

Thanks In Advance,
Senthil Nathan
