Police can't cancel an FIR once filed or registered. They will end it into final report or CS.

Mr. Shonee Kapoor,

with due respect, could you please explain us in details why it is not advisable?

My opinion is,

this is the best relationship and this approach can stop legal extortion rackets.

Mr. Singh,

It is legal in India if and only if the girl is unmarried, divorced or widowed. It is only a ground of divorce (adultery) as per HMA of SMA.

However, I don't recommend divorced girl since they have 498A and/or many other dispute backgrounds.

Please see my profile links for details.

If you sill disagree with me then please show us under which section of law it is illegal?
