Dear Sir,
My Wife Filled Divorce on 13 (1) ia
I Filled Counter reply
Then My wife filled under sec 24 of HMA with domestic violence act,
I filled counter reply.
Now I Filled 23A Of HMA in the same case, as the Opposite lawyer says he will file counter reply.
Is it possible to file counter reply for HMA sec 23 A, as it is related to main petition relief for respondent?
Kindly guide me sir,

Yes, the other party would get an opportunity to reply to your allegations which you would have raised seeking divorce u/s 23a of HMA.

Sir I was not filled divorce.
I was filled only Relief under sec 23A of HMA Act,
Is it valid to file counter reply by the Opposite PArty ?

Whatever relief you have asked, you would have levelled some allegations against your spouse. Your spouse has the right to reply to those allegations.
