17th April will be your marriage date for mutual consent divorce petition.

But Sir, then what about 27th January 2014. It is registered twice. So if the divorce is granted for 17th april 2013, then what about 27th january 2014?? But it is the same man and the women.

once divorce is pronounced its for the marriage and doesnt matter if the marriage is registered on two different dates

Isse acha toh ek room book karlete, mazaa karte ek doosre ke saath aur bye bolte.  Such a waste of precious time, and mariage is made a big joke.
