Some politicians are reportedly said that the supreme court judges while delivering their judgement giving capital punishment consider the relligion If the terrorist is a muslim he would get capital punishment orhterwise life long imprisonment Will this mallign the position of a supreme court judge Are they influenlced by the religion Even the communist leaders are seeing this as a communal matter If the culprit is a muslim ,christain or brahminpriest whoever may be he should be punished after due and fair trial as per law
