A B C hold joint family property however in land revenue records A is the owner.
A expired in 2008 but in 2007 A has given POA to B for disposing some property belonging to A.
Now in 2013 B has altered POA and added 3-4 sentences in order to represent before goverment authorities...now he has used that POA and applied for changes in area of property.

this is a clear cut case of forgery. Alterin a document after the same has been signed and then using the same falls under tghe category of forgery.
