Dear learned sirs, 'A' filed a petition against Govt dept in the High Court to recover his due. High Court directed the Dept to address A's grievance. The Dept didn't satisfy 'A' to his satisfaction. Now 'A' wants to go to the lower( trial) court for a fresh case against the dept for the same matter . Can 'A' go to the lower court here in this instance case ?
