Hello everyone,

i want to know whether these emplyoee have right to go before labour commissioner or not:

 1. they are earning more than 18,000/- per month.

 2. they are being paid basic salary above 10,500/- 

 3. they are supervisior but doing clerical work.

Hi Abhishek,

It shall be depend on nature dispute & its comes under which act. But, since as you have mentioned the details, its seems that, they dosent comes under the defination of Worker under many acts. 

if you elaborate the case, then i believe, members would be able to give you the correct views on the same.
