Police arrested a person (without warrent) u/s 510 IPC and releases him on bail bonds with direction to appear in court. What can I do against police officials. I have already filed complaint to SP Police but nothing effective happened till date.

is it sec 510.are you sure.if so the police would have taken him to the police station just to file a case on him
