Fixed deposit as asset

Are Fixed Deposits in banks treated as asset in alimony determination? The interest of FD are paid to compensate market inflation. After tax payment it is a nominal earning.

true interest payment might be inflationary adjustment factor, but the basic  deposit is a money asset  , though not an immovable asset.

but money is getting qualified as a movable asset.

in alimony matters FDs could be attached for the purpose of payment of alimony sir.

when you divorce you would have to face  these difficulties, just because you both could not agree to disagree in some issues shows there is a  serious deficiency in democratic right of fundamental rights you both did not duly appreciate is the sum and substance.

but the divorce statute is indeed an half baked legislation, like in living in relation idea or gay marriages too.

naturally troubles one invites by one's own volition sir. sorry.
