Dear Sir,
In a village of Uttar Pradesh some people have many ration cards in their own name or in the name of their spouse or children. Name of all of them are included in all the cards. Kindly advise under which section of the IPC, the persons holding cards and those who faciliated the same can be framed and what would be the quantum of punishment.
