Not eligiblie due to date of birth on x'th

I am XII student, as per my X matriculation certificate the Date of Birth is 01-11-1998, but my original DOB is 01-11-1996, As per the X standard marks sheet I am not eligible to write the ICAR entrance examination, they mention that the candidate should be 17 years old as on 31 DEC 2014, but I am 16 years 1 month as per X th memo. please can any one suggest me the solution ?

Is the DATE OF BIRTH certificate is helpfull ?
