Court attendance after anticipatory bail for 498a

After We got anticipatory bail, we surrender and deposit bail bond to lower court. Now release on bail under 498A case.

Charge sheet not yet prepare we have contact the IO of our police station.

Is there any process I mean we need attend court monthly basis before final charge sheet submit by police. After regular bail every month my advocate sign us on a slip for court attend and take fees and give us next date. Is it ok ?

You have not mentioned whether the case was an FIR before the police or a complaint case before the judicial magistrates If it is before the judicial magistrate then you have to appear on date and if the FIR is before the police then there is no question of attending court. So far dates are concerned your advocate can pray for a long date since the case is under investigation by the police.

Is the court has passed any order asking you to attend court on regular dates while granting anticipatory bail
