I wish to know what kind of affidavit is required to be submitted for Maintenance Case?
Is it to be detailed like the one under below case:
“Punit Kaur Vs. Inderjeet Sawhney delivered by Hon'ble Mr. Justice J.R. Midha, Delhi High Court”
Does anyone has any sample affidavit which can be shared here to know? Does the affidavit needs to mention every single detail or just present income, expenditure and assets?
I need to know about “Income, assets and expenditure affidavit”.
