I am working in a central PSU.
One of my friend got transferred to another section of the company which has different service rules.
He approached the honorable high court on this regard and he obtained an interim stay order in his favor.
In the interim stay order, high court says the transfer is illegal.
He obtained this interim stay order on November 01, 2014.
Till now the company management (respondent) did not respond to the court order.
How much time is given to the respondent to apply the high court order.
What will be the punishment to the management if my friend files a contempt of court petition.
Is there a possibility that the respondent get arrested.
If my friend files a contempt of court petition, will court issue an arrest warrant immediately without calling the respondent to the court.
