Late delivery of royalenfield

sir i booked a royalenfield vehicle at a local dealer,at the time of booking the show room manager told that he will deliver the vehicle in two months,in the order form 31/10/2014 dated he wrote that he will deliver  within two months.now four months had gone he is telling that he will deliver the vehicle within 15th feb 2015.now the cost of the vehicle has gone up to Rs 10000.what to do?

It is clear case of unfair trade pratice of dealer and deficiency in his services.File complaint before  consumer forum against dealer and pray the order be passed to to deliver the vehicle on promised cost and also claim compensation towards mental and physical agony caused to you.
