I sent a Demand Notice Letter duely signed by me to the Borrower (defaulter) asking him to repay my money via India Post Office through Registered Post Acknowledgement Due. Today I checked the online status updates on the internet on the website of India Post with my Consignment Number.
The Status says:
Article Undelivered : [DOOR LOCKED / FIRST INTIMATION]
I will be filing a Civil Suit against the Borrower in the Court of Law, a Demand Notice is issued as part of the Legal Procedure.
I am not a Lawyer, I am the Party in Person, I shall be self representing my case.
In the failure of the Delivery of the Registered Post ACK Due (Demand Notice) by India Post Office, what shall be my next course of Legal Action before filing the civil suite in the court of law.
