Hi have filed a divorce case against my wife under section 13 in civil court.
that was dissolved by judge even though i was present after one year of filling.
i again applied for restoration but she is out of country and her parents are not accepting the court notice.
almost one year is over. i dont have her abroad address.
what can be done in this situation.
please advice me.
