I need urgent and important advise.
I need following information from PVT School in Haryana which is recognised by CBSE board.
1. Total number of Staff they have in school including teachers and non teachers like peon etc.
2. How many temp and permanent teachers in school , There DOJ, Salary , Date of Birth and Name.
if PVT school come under RTI ?
RI has to be filled to IRECTORATE OF ELEMENTARY EDUCATION Haryana or CBSE board.

Private institutions are not covered by Right to Information Act. How are you concerned with the query, what is you interest in knowing it, if you are very serious about it, catch hold of some administrative staff of the school, grease his/her palms get the information because legally you cannot get them until there is a court case pending to which you are party wherein you can file a petition to send for the records of the school if they are essential to the case.

or else you can approach those deptts under RTI who they are bound t furnish the said information.
