Hi,
I bought the entire ground floor of a 2 storied building consisting of Ground Floor, 1 st Floor and the roof. The owner was the builder himself and he stays on the 1st floor. This property is in Kolkata, West Bengal.
In my Sale Deed there is no explicit mention of roof (about my access rights). The owner/builder now wants to sell of the 1st floor alongwith the roof. My questions are
1) Do I have the right to access the roof ?
2) Can the owner sell the roof to another party without my approval ?
