Sale of property of deceased

A grand father had a property. He died leaving four son and two daughters. 3 sons did not marry. 2 have died without any written wish. One brother has married and left widowed wife  one son and one daughter. Sisters are married having children in similarly.

Now they want to sell the property. Living brother and sisters husbands ganged up and trying to deprive the living sister in law and her children.

What are the legal rights and protection they have?

Your facts are not clear.  Grandfather had 4 sons; 3 unmarried 2 died 1 married.  Secondly, what about the daughters.   How come the brothers and sisters of the grandfather.  What right the brother and sisters have in the property of Grand father.   Correct your facts.
