Hi Experts,
I have a quick question.
What would be the Business Title of an Individual who owns a Pvt Ltd OPC?
I am an owner of an IT Company which is an OPC registered in Delhi. I am the whole and sole owner, also the one who is managing everything.
I am confused between CEO and Director. MOA and AOA says Director. But my understanding (Which can be wrong) it could be CEO.
So kindly give your answers with reasons.

You say that you own a company and you are the absolute owner of the company hence you are the proprietor of the company, however by what name and designation you run the company?, What have you registered as in the company while registration or even opening a current account in a bank ? Why did you get this doubt suddenly.
