Sir, I would like to know the relevant section of law for registering an FIR on the location where the fradulent company's Registered office is located.
Actually a fradulent transaction took place in some other Police station area but the fradulent company's Registered office is located at my p.s area,pls quote relevant Crp.c/Evidence act.

You can file the complaint under IPC 420 , in your area or the area where the company existed or where the fradulent transaction took place.
