My name is suryaa i got married in 2010 forcefully, after that my wife staying with me only two months, after my wife file case is women cell in Delhi. the case continued 1.5 years in women cell. after that my wife file dv act. and i file divorce petition in 2012 and we dont have any child. both case is pending in court. i am giving maintenace also per month 5000. on last date my lawyer crossed my wife in dv act. my wife excepted the marriage is forcefully by my wife side. and i not agree for marriage.
can i file any other case, she is not giving divorce to me
