Issuance of nativity/residence certificate by competent auth

Respected members,

My query is as follows:

I have applied for a government agency, which requires my nativity/residence certificate.

but for the same agency, a guy who is not from village also applied by getting fake residence certificate by bribing thr MRO.

how to prove that guy is not from native and the certificate is fake.

Sir, I know him from childhood. He was junior to me studied in same school. In this regard I would like to know on wht basis MRO issues nativity certificate and if it is false, what way we can stop it?

That guy was your classmate then why not he belong to the same place claiming nativity?, however if you want to know why MRO is doing these thing in the other person's favor, you may better contact the MRO directly
