Hi all,
I have a flat which is under a pagdi system. We have got an alternative house and now we are willing to either sell it or rent it. Builder or landlord says that if sold we have to share a percentage with him. To add to the problem the property is in my grandfathers name and both my father and grand father has passed away.
Is it best to surrender it to the builder and negotiate with him or is it best to keep it as it is.
