RECALL UNDER Cr.p.c 70(2) IS TAKING MUCH TIME AND SURETY BY TRAIL COURTS, IT IS AS GOOD AS BAIL PROCESS, SOME MUST APPROACH THE APEX COURT TO MAKE IT SIMPLE WHILE APPEAR INPERSON WITH SUFFICIENT CAUSE FOR ABSENT.
