498a-closed-judicial separatation-498a again

Wife filed 498a and DVC on husband last year.after mediation they were agreed to judicail seperate for one year.all cases closed. six months over. Husband is in aborad and he is used to speak with childrens who are staying with wife. Now,wife filed 498a again on husband and his family. alleged that still husband and in-laws are harrasing for dowry even in judicial seperation.
Is this case maintable?.
High court will quash this case easily?

No her case is not maintainable and on challenge it will quashed by the hc , wait for another six months and then file the divorce case.

Dear,

 

Tell the concerned judge that she is not only passing her time, but also wasting the precious time of the court and other people as well, she should be send behind the bars for her stand and I want an immediate divorce from her, because she is a living threat to live with.
