I purchased a flat which is registered on 27/08/2014. Yesterday I found that in the Endorsement sheet there is a small typo in my father's name. Typo is as follows: Mohan Prasad "SHA" instead of "SAH". But, My father's name is correct in the deed.
I think this should be rectified ASAP.
My lawyer suggested that he will get the order from D.S.R and get the Endorsement page corrected as there is no typo in DEED. This is clerical error of registration office.
Please confirm if this is correct procedure?
